Why a truck-mounted steam carpet cleaner?

Carpets are a catch-all for dirt, with dust mites, pet hair, pet urine, dead skin cells, dust, insect feces, bacteria, mold, volatile organic compounds, and many other types of allergens clinging to the fibers.

Pets are a part of the family. We are very pet friendly and always enjoy meeting new furry friends. During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable. Not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy. Also, we are excellent in removing unwanted pet odor and stains in your carpet and on your furniture. We want everyone involved to have a comfortable experience. What to expect when calling to have your carpets cleaned.

What is the process to having carpets cleaned.

1. You call us for an estimate, to schedule an appointment. or to ask any questions.

Give us a call. We are always happy to answer any questions you might have. Tell us about the carpet cleaning needs you have and we can give you an estimate and get you on the schedule.

2. We will arrive on time and examine the areas to be cleaned.

Communicate with you on any problem areas or special areas of concern.

We will ask about any problem areas or if there are any areas that are an issue.

4. We will start our process of setting up our equipment.

Our truck-mounted unit not only has the perfect amount of heat and pressure, but incredibly powerful suction to remove the moisture and contaminates in the carpet that a portable unit just can't come close to.

5. We will pre-spray and work on any specific spots.

Certain spots require specific spotters so those we will tackle first. Next, our pre-spray will break up the dirt and soil in the carpet so it is easily rinsed away.

6. Move any furniture as needed and place foam blocks or plastic square pads under the bottom of the furniture.

We ask that you remove as much off from the carpet as possible to help with drying. When furniture is present we will move and cleaned behind. Some furniture such as entertainment centers, cabinets with breakable items inside, and loaded dressers due to weight will not be moved. When the furniture is moved back it will have plastic pads or foam blocks underneath the legs to prevent any furniture staining. The following day they can be removed. If help is needed in removing please let us know.

7. Finish cleaning carpets .

With the carpets cleaned all hoses and equipment will be removed. Extraction is complete and your carpets will be ready for the final step.

8. Scotch guard and/or grooming.

Scotch guard is a great way to help your carpets stay clean. It puts a protective coating on the carpet fibers that repels water based spills for easier clean up. Lastly, your carpet will be groomed to separate and stand the carpet fibers to help with drying time.

9. Reinspect clean carpets with customer.

We will go over the areas cleaned for the customers inspection. Drying time is usually 6 -8 hours depending on humidity, heat, and airflow. Again, we still ask that furniture pads/blocks stay until the following day. Answer any questions to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the experience.
